We collect school and organisation details, coordinator account information, and student roster data (names, year levels, gender) as provided by schools for the purpose of running sports carnivals. Parent access to the live results feed requires no account and collects no personal information.

Data is used solely to provide the MySportsDay service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes. Student data is never shared with third parties.
