MySportsDay provides a web-based platform for schools and sporting organisations to manage sports carnivals including athlete registration, results entry, and live results publishing. We aim to maintain 99% uptime and will notify users of any planned maintenance.

Your data

You own your data. We don't claim any rights over the information you enter into MySportsDay. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us if you have a concern.

Acceptable use

MySportsDay is to be used for legitimate sports carnival management purposes only. Accounts found to be misused may be suspended. Student data must only be entered with appropriate authorisation from the school or organisation.
